As previously mentioned, I am 16 and I live on the east coast of QLD, Australia. I am still in school, but I manage to find plenty of time to play video games. In addition to playing video games, I also enjoy playing soccer, band, and I am a member of a few clubs. I have been playing on my PC for over ten years now. My favourite games on PC include Garry's Mod, Sid Meier's Civilization series, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. I feel like I have built a strong bond with the community of Yeet a lot of people know me and think of me as a chill person to hang around with. The past weeks on Yeet have been enjoyable and entertaining at the same time, this community is something I want to be involved with but when I see people that have either committed to ruining others Roleplaying experience, I tend/start to think about how those people are ruining the true Yeet experience. Those people make Yeet look like a bad place when it truly is not. I want people to have the same welcoming experience to Yeet that I had. When you are on the server I guarantee you will notice me I’m almost always on and always a unique person [color=#e74c3c][b][u]What skills do you provide for [/u][/b][/color][b][u][color=#e74c3c]YeetRP[/color][/u][/b][color=#e74c3c][u]?[/u][/color] I'm applying for Trial Moderator because I would enjoy having a more active role within the Dark RP server and Yeets Community would be a great experience because I think everyone should be able to connect to the server and have fun. Those who break the rules make things more complicated for everyone which disrupts their gameplay. Everyone has the right to enjoy themselves without rule breakers interfering. I believe I could possibly minimalize this event and I would love to do so! Many thought that I would be suitable for Staff in several ways, that's why I even came up with the idea of being a staff member. I'd like to be able to help people with a greater diversity, so far I've only been able to explain a few rules and help with things like Mining and many more. Taking Sits or Refunding People at a later date, after I fought my way up(if accepted), would be a great honour to me.I would be proud to become a member of this particular team, and that's why I want to be a staff member in this server. I also i would to help new player have the same chances to make their own memories as me and my main goal is to bring that to the table and also a little bit of overall fun for everyone. I have spent a lot of time on this server and I'm sure that I can claim to interpret the server rules. Recently I have experienced situations that the staff team was overwhelmed in the late evening or no staff member was online, you literally could see how the players who were waiting for a staff were desperate. And as a staff, I would try to avoid accumulated Admin requests. I want to help everyone as much as I can. I've often seen Staff Members not stopping their RP for a few seconds to help people who asked for prop block or being stuck, most of them had to wait a while, and I've been affected by it myself. I want to change that. People who need help but also want it will get it from me.  I would like to develop myself to become a good moderator and try to set an example for current staff/future applicants by dealing with sits professionally and quick. Since it's the holidays there's been a slight increase of players 24/7 with calls coming in at a fast rate - causing them to wait longer due to lack of staff online during a certain time period. My goal is to try and reduce that time to ensure the players on the server receives a decent experience from the staff team on yeet. [color=#e74c3c][b][u]Any experience with ULX?[/u][/b][/color] I have a brief and an in-depth knowledge of what ULX is, ULX is an admin mod for Garry's Mod. ULX offers supportive commands. It allows multiple admins with different access levels on the same server. It features an example of commands from your basic kick, ban, and slay to other uncommonly used throughout DarkRP which would include commands such as blind, freeze, voting, and more. I believe I’m mature, and responsible person who would love to help out the server. Because of my experience, I am familiar with the commands (ULX commands) and rules of YeetRP and the fundamental skills of  DarkRP. I have also moderated many servers over my time and I am known to be fast-paced, fair, and a reliable staff member. [color=#e74c3c][b][u]Do you have any previous experience as being a staff member?[/u][/b][/color] As previously said, I have had experience not only creating and developing my own DarkRP servers, but I have believed to learn every aspect and in-depth experiences to be confident in moderating YeetRP. I would estimate over my 1100+ hours in experiencing DarkRP I have spent over 900 of that during my experiences of moderating. My Goals would be help and improve on the roleplay quality the best shape and form I can in and the general population to YeetRP! and reducing the amount of trolls/minges/rulebreakers on the server and my goal would be achieve up the ranks of staff the best I can and try to become well known and help more when higher up if possible and just in general let people have a good and fun time on Yeet when they are RPing and know that they will come back to the server for more fun and hopefully tell their friends about the Wonderful Server YeetRP Is! I've already helped to recommend blacklisting specific props and i also fixed the issue and or exploit of the M9K situation. If a raid was happening and it wasnt against the rules then I would tell the players who got killed that it was a perfectly fine raid and they shouldnt waste the staff's time. However, if it was RDM I would both warn the player for mass RDM so its on their record and ban them for a week.
