Tell us about yourself - I'm a 19 year old university students from Brisbane who works from home doing graphic design, and that's really about it. I'm learning to become a high school teacher, and I make minimal money to stay alive doing art projects online. Considered doing Uber at some point, but you need to be on your open license for that.
What skills do you provide for YeetRP?Typically very unbiased, and I can do a wicked Tuskan Raider impression. Also available almost 24/7 due to me working from home and having no life, so I can hop on almost any time.
What does being a staff member mean to you? Why? Being a staff member means you are there to help the players out on not only the server but also on the forums, discord server and steam group. You're there to assist in people having a good time
Any experience with ULX? Yeah I know all of the commands and how to properly format them in chat.
Do you have any previous experience as being a staff member? was an admin on HyplexGaming, and a manager on a HogwartsRP server.
What would you punish the following for?
MRDM Would be a quick 2 week ban.
RDM A warning, with 1 more after the next offence, and the next will result in a kick.
RRDM A warning, with 1 more after the next offence, and the next will result in a kick.
Minging A instant kick, and if they rejoin to continue, they would be banned for a couple hours.
FailRP Warning, followed by an explanation on how FailRP works on this server as it changes server to server (giving examples),
NLR I'd ask them to read through the rules, and any further cases of NLR being broken will result in a warn.
(These punishments would change from case to case, these would be cases that are mostly straightforward.)
Defuse the following scenario
One person complains about an RDM, the second player reports an RDM by the same guy. Finally, you see another ticket pop up. they complain about an RDM by the same person. You've check logs and see he has killed all three players within a ten second period. What do you do?
I would initially bring the suspect in question onto the roof to ask their side of the story, and then do the same for the people claiming he RDM'd. If the stories match up well enough with anything adverted in chat and recorded in the logs, I would ban the person for 2 weeks for MRDM and replace the lost items from the MRDM. Typically someone killing 3 people in the span of 10 seconds is MRDM, as the only time that would every happen is if those 3 were raiding, or being raided by him. It is more than possible in this scenario that he was raiding them, killed them, but simply missed a keybind or forgot to advert altogether. If this is the case, I will return everyone and remind him to advert in the future.
