I have enjoyed Garrys Mod ever since I got it. At the moment I enjoy playing BO4, OW, GMOD, CSGO and Fortnite sometimes (Just to play and talk to friends). I dont play sport, I havent since I was 5 or 6. I have always been the person who gets satisfaction out of helping people, bullying Donny (sorry donny). I live with 4 siblings, 2 parents (Mum and Dad) and my Grandma. I can also draw elmo perfectly. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and having fun. Im a nice person when you get to know me but usually if you arent nice to me Im probably not going to be the nicest back, unless the problem is sorted. What skills do you provide for YeetRP? I provide being kind and friendly person and being able to get the job done, I have no problems being on duty and taking sits, I did it on another server I was staff on, but resigned because I wasnt able to make it to staff meeting due to it being an American server. I am also kind of experienced with ULX, because I messed around with it with my friends on sandbox, and as I said I was staff on another server. Im also easy to work with, and I think I can get problems solved quickly, I can also bully donny, and I know thats valued on the server.  What does being a staff member mean to you, And why? There is a difference being a staff for the title, and being staff because you want to make a difference, obviously, I am applying to make a difference. When you make someone happy, solve a problem or just help, it always makes even the worst people feel good about their day and what they did. I also want to have another shot on what I missed out on on the American server. I like feeling like I have a purpose on the server, because when Im on Im in a base with friends making money, after a while it gets boring, so I just want to feel like Im helping, even without staff I like to help where I can. Do you have any previous experience as being a staff member? ICE DarkRP Server 1 for about a month then resigned. I resigned because to get promoted to higher roles, you had to take part in staff meeting which I would miss out on because of school or I got up late, (they were 8:30am). Which sucks because I enjoyed being staff but I missed out on a lot of commands. So I want to take this chance to get to higher roles then just Moderator. I would go into more details, but around that time I was really depressed cause I had lost family and I started to lose interest. But I haven't had anything bad happen lately so Im excited to have another chance. What would you punish the following for? MRDM- 1-2 weeks, If its constant killing freeze then ban, if its just 3 kills then ask about the situation (See below for what I would do) RDM- Warn, Simple bring both talk about what happened, if theres no adverts or anything like that, warn. RRDM- Warn and Kick, After someone kills someone for a valid or unvalid reason, and who ever got kill breaks NLR and kills the person who killed them Minging- Warn and Kick maybe ban, Just being a constant ass, causing problems and making sits go longer than normal FailRP- Warn, Pulling out guns while being mugged, basing with wrong people (criminals with citizens) and just using your Job for what it is not meant to be used for NLR- Warn, Someone who goes back to a place where they just died within 120 seconds For all warns, they would also get jail time, anywhere from 1-5 minutes Defuse the following scenario- One person complains about an RDM, the second player reports an RDM by the same guy. Finally, you see another ticket pop up. they complain about an RDM by the same person. You've check logs and see he has killed all three players within a ten second period. What do you do? The supposed RDMer in my example is going to be called Bill, just for simplicity So you bring everyone to a sit area, ask all the victims what happened, 1 at a time. Then ask Bill what happens, if he doesnt respond then move on to logs and if he does check logs anyway to make sure he isnt lying, and check chat for missed adverts. If bill didnt advert and logs say he infact killed all 3 people, he will recieve a 1 week ban, and if anything that was lost will be replaced, or compensation. If there was a missed advert, you tell the 3 victims to be more aware of chat, If he didnt kill all 3, and just 2, then he gets warned. Any questions feel free to add me on steam. He follows the rules, and has enough experience to make a good staff member. He put a lot of effort into the app, and was afk for an hour writing it.
